I found the hotel's location in the center of Semarang very convenient, as it made getting around the city easy. The hospitality I received from the staff was excellent, especially from Citra, who always greeted me warmly. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness in my room; the towels and bed were not up to standard, and the room could have used more light. Overall, it had its ups and downs.

I had a really great experience at @Hom Semarang Simpang Lima. The location is perfect, right in the center of Semarang and close to many attractions. The room I stayed in was comfortable with a nice view, and the staff, especially Citra, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
